Terms of Service

By using SaferClaw, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Service status

  • SaferClaw is currently offered for free.
  • We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

2. User content and build submissions

  • User-submitted content (including builds, guides, links, and recommendations) is provided by users and may be incomplete, incorrect, outdated, unsafe, or harmful.
  • We do not guarantee, endorse, or verify all user-submitted content before it is shown.
  • You are solely responsible for reviewing and validating any build, command, integration, or external resource before using it.
  • You use all user-submitted data and build instructions entirely at your own risk.

3. No warranties

  • SaferClaw is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

4. Limitation of liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
  • We are not liable for data loss, account compromise, downtime, device damage, lost profits, or losses caused by reliance on user-submitted content.
  • Your only remedy if you are dissatisfied with the service is to stop using it.

5. Acceptable use and account security

  • Do not use the service for unlawful, abusive, or fraudulent activity.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape excessively, or compromise the platform.
  • You are responsible for your own account security, credentials, and actions taken under your account.
  • We may remove content or suspend access if activity violates these Terms or creates risk for users or the platform.

6. Third-party services

  • SaferClaw may link to or rely on third-party providers, content, or APIs that we do not control.
  • We are not responsible for third-party systems, policies, outages, or content.

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless SaferClaw and its operator from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Updated Terms take effect when posted. Continuing to use SaferClaw after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
